Esmeralda Cotillo Homes by LIVVO

Looking for a comfortable and convenient base for your Fuerteventura adventure? Let me tell you about Esmeralda Cotillo Homes by LIVVO, nestled in the charming fishing village of El Cotillo. This place offers a fantastic self-catering experience with 54 well-equipped apartments, perfect for families or couples wanting a bit more space and flexibility.

You'll find everything you need for a home-away-from-home stay, including induction cookers, dishwashers, and refrigerators in each apartment. Plus, unwind on your private balcony, terrace, or even a rooftop solarium – imagine those sunsets! For your comfort, air conditioning and televisions are standard, and housekeeping is provided every other day, with fresh sheets every four days for longer stays.

Getting settled in is a breeze thanks to the convenient self-service check-in kiosks. Need to get some work done? They've even got a dedicated co-working space. And for those travelling with their furry friends, pets are welcome for a €20 surcharge per night, per pet (up to 15kg, and it's always best to confirm availability in advance).

With its prime location in El Cotillo, you're perfectly placed to explore the stunning beaches and vibrant local scene. We often find our rates here are more competitive than those on sites like Booking.com, Expedia, and LateRooms – though prices can, of course, fluctuate. Why not book your Fuerteventura escape at Esmeralda Cotillo Homes by LIVVO today?
