Question 1

What Hot Deals are currently available on VervTrip?

Accepted Answer

VervTrip Hot Deals may include automatically applied hotel discounts, cashback on eligible stays and free airport transfers on qualifying bookings. The available promotions, discount amounts and eligibility conditions may change, so review the latest deal details before booking.

Question 2

How do the VervTrip Halloween Deals work?

Accepted Answer

Halloween Deals provide up to 20% off eligible hotel bookings. The applicable discount is automatically added during checkout, so no promotional code is required. The exact saving depends on the selected hotel, room, dates and availability.

Question 3

Do I need a promo code to receive the Hot Deal discount?

Accepted Answer

No code is required for offers marked as “Auto-Applied” or “No code needed”. Search for an eligible hotel and review the booking summary at checkout to confirm that the discount has been applied.

Question 4

How can I find hotels eligible for the Hot Deals?

Accepted Answer

Select the relevant deal and choose “Browse Eligible Hotels”. Enter your destination, travel dates and guest details to view available properties. Eligibility may depend on the hotel, room type, stay dates and length of stay.

Question 5

Does every hotel receive the full 20% discount?

Accepted Answer

No. The offer provides savings of up to 20%, which means the actual discount may be lower and will vary between eligible hotels and bookings. Check the final price breakdown before completing your reservation.

Question 6

Are taxes and additional hotel charges included in the discount?

Accepted Answer

No. Hot Deal discounts apply to eligible room rates only. Taxes, local charges, resort fees, optional extras and other additional costs are excluded unless stated otherwise during the booking process.

Question 7

How much cashback can I receive?

Accepted Answer

Eligible hotel bookings may provide up to 15% cashback. The exact cashback percentage or value depends on the selected hotel and its applicable cashback policy. The amount should be displayed during the booking process.

Question 8

When will I receive my cashback?

Accepted Answer

Cashback does not become eligible immediately after booking. You must complete the qualifying hotel stay first. It will then be credited or processed according to the promotion terms associated with your reservation.

Question 9

Which bookings qualify for a free airport transfer?

Accepted Answer

The Hot Deals page states that free airport transfer is available when you book an eligible 4- or 5-star hotel stay for seven nights or more. Availability may vary by hotel, booking and destination, so confirm the transfer benefit in the hotel and checkout details.

Question 10

What payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

The VervTrip website displays Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Google Pay among its accepted payment methods. The payment options available for a particular reservation will be shown during checkout.
