HI Yosemite Bug Rustic Mountain Resort Hostel

Looking for an authentic Yosemite experience? HI Yosemite Bug Rustic Mountain Resort Hostel is your perfect base, nestled amongst the trees on a beautiful forested mountainside. This isn't your average hotel; it’s a place with character, featuring charming restored sugar pine cabins from a historic scout camp and unique stilted hillside cabins with private rooms. You'll love the blend of vintage finds and modern touches in each room, making every stay feel like a little adventure.

Fuel your explorations at the June Bug Cafe, a beloved local spot. They serve up delicious vegan and vegetarian options alongside hearty American comfort food – a real treat after a day of hiking. Just a heads-up, while the cabins are wonderfully secluded, parking might be a short stroll away, adding to the rustic charm.

While we love our furry friends, please note that pets are not permitted at the resort. For those planning a visit between May 20th and September 30th, 2022, remember that vehicle access to Yosemite National Park requires reservations between 6 AM and 4 PM. It’s worth planning ahead to make the most of your time in this incredible natural playground, exploring sights like Yosemite Valley and nearby Mariposa Grove.

We're proud to offer our Best Price Match guarantee, and you'll often find our rates are typically lower than major booking sites like Booking.com, Expedia, and LateRooms (though prices can vary). Ready for an unforgettable mountain escape? Book your Yosemite adventure with us today!
