Hosenji Onsen Ryusenkaku

Welcome to Hosenji Onsen Ryusenkaku, a recently remodelled ryokan nestled in the beautiful Oita region of Japan. If you're seeking a truly rejuvenating experience, you've come to the right place. Our hot spring waters are renowned for their skin-beautifying properties, leaving your complexion feeling refreshed and radiant. Beyond their cosmetic benefits, these mineral-rich waters are also celebrated for their metasilicate and moisture-rich qualities, making them a popular choice for those wishing to be blessed with children, a unique aspect even featured in a national magazine.

Your culinary journey here will be just as memorable. Indulge in the exquisite taste of top-quality, genuine Oita Bungo beef, a true delicacy. We also offer the convenience and privacy of in-room dining for your evening meals, ensuring a relaxed and intimate experience after a day of exploring or soaking in our therapeutic onsen.

Getting to us is straightforward. From Oita Airport, it's approximately a 60-minute drive via the expressway. Fukuoka Airport is about 90 minutes away. If you're arriving by car, Kokonoe I.C. is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the ryokan. For those travelling by public transport, a 25-minute bus ride from Bungomori station on the Kyudai JR line will bring you to our doorstep. Please note that during winter months (December to February), the use of studless winter tires is recommended due to potential snowfall.

We're confident that you'll find our rates exceptionally competitive. In fact, we often offer lower prices than major booking platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, and LateRooms, all backed by our Best Price Match guarantee.
