Motel Boomerang

Welcome to Motel Boomerang, a unique Roman retreat offering a blend of classic American motel charm and Italian hospitality. Established in the early 1960s by two visionary Australian entrepreneurs, this motel was designed to bring the distinctive features of American motels to the heart of Rome. Expect spacious grounds, including a refreshing swimming pool, lush park areas, and the convenience of ample parking right outside your room, all contributing to a wonderfully welcoming and private atmosphere.

Over the decades, Motel Boomerang has maintained its appeal, even as Rome evolved. The expansion of the Via Aurelia and the new GRA link in the 80s actually enhanced its accessibility, connecting it seamlessly to major road networks while preserving its identity as a serene green oasis within the bustling city. This commitment to preserving its unique environment is evident in our ongoing 'Green Project', which includes the installation of photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, a progressive shift to LED lighting, and meticulous care of our extensive green spaces.

More recently, Motel Boomerang has undergone thoughtful renovations to its rooms, gardens, and bar area. These updates have further solidified its reputation as an exclusive choice for travellers seeking a peaceful escape. Whether you're drawn to its historic charm, its tranquil setting, or its dedication to sustainable practices, Motel Boomerang offers a distinctive and comfortable stay.
