Spagna Ave, formerly known as Eva's Rooms, is a charming choice for travellers seeking an authentic experience in the Eternal City. You'll be just a delightful 5-minute stroll from the iconic Spanish Steps and the sophisticated shopping of Via Condotti. It's the perfect base for exploring Rome's most famous sights.

Imagine stepping out of your hotel and being moments away from iconic landmarks. The magnificent Trevi Fountain, the awe-inspiring Pantheon, and the historic Colosseum are all within easy reach, allowing you to immerse yourself in Rome's rich history and vibrant culture. Wander through elegant streets and discover the true essence of Italian living.

Our rooms at Spagna Ave are comfortably sized, each featuring essential amenities like air conditioning for those warmer Roman days, a TV, and a telephone. You'll find pleasant wooden floors adding to the character of each space. While there's no restaurant on-site, the immediate vicinity offers a wealth of dining options to suit every taste.

The hotel itself is a treat, housed within a beautiful 17th-century Italian Palazzo, offering a glimpse into Rome's past. We pride ourselves on providing rates typically lower than those found on Booking.com, Expedia, and LateRooms, and we're confident in our Best Price Match guarantee – though prices can, of course, fluctuate.
