Delta Open Air Resort

Delta is not just a resort. It is an experience you can breathe in. Nestled in the heart of the Po Delta Park, along the Adriatic coast, it was conceived as a place where nature is not merely a backdrop, but takes centre stage. Here, every moment is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and discover. Delta redefines the concept of an open-air holiday: not just a simple stay, but a journey through a range of emotions. The silence of nature, the energy of sport, the pleasure of wellness and the wonder of the local area intertwine to create a single, authentic and contemporary experience. With over 1, 250 accommodation options — from new-generation open-air units to independent villas, right up to an exclusive 5-star hotel — every space is designed to welcome, surprise and blend in with the surroundings. Design, comfort and sustainability coexist in perfect harmony. Delta is for those seeking relaxation, but also for those who wish to live, share and create. Families, couples, travellers and businesses will find here a place that adapts and inspires: with swimming pools and water parks, sports, an immersive spa spanning over 2, 000 square metres, dining and entertainment. And then there is the concrete commitment to the future: renewable energy, green building, new trees, new life for the local area.
