This villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms of which 2 have ensuite bathrooms and one has a common bathroom in the living room, giving you ample space to have a luxurious getaway from the congested city life. With an elderly-friendly approach in mind, 1 bedroom of the villa is situated on the ground level, where your elderly parents can rest in comfort without having to make their way up the stairs. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor can be occupied by younger couples and children. These rooms offer spectacular views of Waldevi lake so you can wake up and head to the windows allowing the cool breeze to gently embrace you. Spend some time in the living room gazing at the garden outside or turn the vast room into your personal dancefloor or karaoke zone. As beautiful as its surroundings are, the villa itself charms you with its decor and makes you want to stay indoors. Challenge your friends and family members with exciting and fun games, such as table tennis, table hockey, carrom and other board games and discover who’s the best player in the group. Dip your feet in the swimming pool, or take a deep dive and wash away the heat during a sweltering afternoon. If it's a chilly winter's day, head out to the loungers after breakfast to soak in some sun. No matter the weather, this villa has everything indoors and outdoors to create the perfect vacation setting for you! Surrounded by nature as far as the eyes can see, the open lawns within the premises give you all the space you need to take a refreshing walk, practice your morning asanas or indulge your kids in a fun game of catch and cook. Missing out on your workouts while on holiday? The lawns serve as the perfect spot for you to indulge in a game of cricket, tennis or badminton. If your city home lacks the touch of nature, this paradise will refuel your senses with its indigenous charm. Enjoy a stroll through the mango plantation that surrounds the villa, where you can pluck the fruits off the trees during the summers. Fancy a picnic with your family? The beautiful Waldevi lake and dam lie on the other side of the villa, where you can sit by the banks and revel in the all-natural earthy aromas as you feel the gushing waters of the dam wash your worries away. Evenings at this villa are made extra special by our caretaker Sonu who will light up a bonfire, where you can savour delicious barbeque while warming up your hands and toes, as a chilly breeze envelops you on all sides. You can also gather your group together for a game of antakshari and add more rhythm to your voices with the soothing sounds of the acoustic guitar. Quick Facts: -The beds in each room accommodate 2 people. Additionally, there are extra folding beds in every room for 2 extra guests and separate bedding for nannies. -Diesel charges will be applicable at ₹600 per hour. The first 3 hours after a power cut are complimentary post 3 hours use, Diesel charges are to be paid by guests at actuals -A caretaker is present on the site along with additional staff for housekeeping, cleaning and cooking. An in-house chef will prepare the meals of your choice, be it authentic local, Indian, Chinese or continental. -Up to 10 cars can be parked on site. This villa is pet-friendly. There is a friendly dog named Cocktail at the premises. -There are turkeys as well at the premises. (We know every pet parent is going to be thrilled) -Basic meal options for pets are available in both veg and non-veg. -Meals - Rs 250 per pet per meal (Basic veg or non-veg meals) -Veg meals consist of non-spiced boiled and mashed vegetables and rice. Non-veg meals consist of non-spiced boiled chicken and rice. We will additionally provide curd rice if requested. -Lots of open spaces and lawns for them to enjoy. -Pets can be bathed either in the bathroom or outdoor space. -Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes We offer authentic Indian, Chinese, Continental and Oriental cuisines made by our in-house cooks made using locally sourced fresh ingredients. Savour delicious home-cooked meals. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and high tea time.
