Elia Stone Villas

Welcome to Elia Stone Villas, your private slice of paradise nestled in Skala Prinos on the beautiful island of Thassos. Spread across 10 acres of serene grounds where the rustic charm of stone and olive trees takes centre stage, our villas offer an unparalleled escape. We're just a short 300-metre stroll from the inviting beach, and conveniently located 2 km from Prinos port and 15 km from Limenas port, making exploration easy.

Each of our four luxuriously designed, two-level stone villas spans 92 sq.m. and boasts its own private pool. Inside, you'll find a comfortable double bedroom on the ground floor, and an open-plan junior suite upstairs. Both levels feature marble bathrooms with showers, and each villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking an elevated stay.

We offer two distinct villa types: Deluxe and Premium. The Deluxe villas treat you to a relaxing jacuzzi within the suite, while the Premium villas provide a delightful shaded balcony with lovely sea views. Whichever you choose, you can expect complete privacy, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and washing machine, Starlink fast internet, an outdoor barbecue area, and private parking that includes an electric car charger.
