Alexandra Hotel

Welcome to the Alexandra Hotel, a cherished family-run establishment on the beautiful island of Syros, Greece, that has been offering warm hospitality since 1975. What began as a modest hotel nestled on the shores of Megas Gialos beach has blossomed into a highly-regarded destination, recognised for its commitment to quality and exceptional guest experience. We were early adopters of online bookings, going live in 2000, and pride ourselves on a dedication to regular renovations, ensuring a consistently updated and comfortable stay for our guests.

Our commitment to excellence was further cemented in 2014 when we were certified by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, becoming the first hotel in Syros to offer the acclaimed Greek Breakfast. This initiative, alongside our exclusive sourcing of local products, underscores our dedication to supporting the local community and offering authentic tastes of Syros. In 2016, we established a formal quality policy, achieving EN ISO 9001 certification, and were proudly upgraded to a three-star rating after 40 years of dedicated service.

At Alexandra Hotel, we believe in providing outstanding value. Our approach integrates consistent, high-quality services with competitive pricing, offering a distinct advantage in today's travel market. We strive to offer a wide range of services that cater to diverse needs, delivered by our professional staff whose extensive knowledge and experience, passed down through generations, create a personal connection with every guest.
