Avra

Welcome to Avra, a newly built property nestled in the heart of Gaios, Paxos. Sleeping up to 6 guests, Avra offers something truly special, blending modern comfort with a prime location that puts everything you need right on your doorstep. You'll find that car hire is entirely unnecessary here, with all the amenities of Gaios just a stone's throw away.

Situated on the rear road, parallel to the waterfront and sharing grounds with its sister property, Theano Cottage, Avra is an excellent choice for families or larger groups looking to stay together. This spacious, two-level house is decorated in soothing cool shades, complemented by traditional Ionian green doors and shutters. Large verandas extend from every room, offering access to the outdoors and enjoying the stunning views.

Step inside to discover a cool, elegantly designed interior perfect for relaxed living. The bedrooms are airy and uncluttered, featuring high ceilings, built-in wardrobes, and well-appointed bathrooms, all crafted with local materials for a dramatic effect. The separate, thoughtfully equipped kitchen makes self-catering a pleasure. From the verandas, you'll be captivated by the impressive natural channel of Gaios, dotted with boats and yachts, the striking Saint Nicholas Island, and the distant, majestic mountains of Epirus.
