Posada del Angel

Looking for a peaceful escape in Armenia, Colombia? Let me tell you about Posada del Angel, a real gem right in the heart of Salento. It's genuinely just a stone's throw – about 50 metres – from the town centre, so you'll have all the charming streets, delicious restaurants, and unique artisan shops right on your doorstep. Plus, getting around is a doddle with public transport easily accessible on foot, making it the perfect base for exploring the stunning Coffee Cultural Landscape.

What I love about Posada del Angel is that it truly feels like a tranquil oasis. If you're hoping to unwind and escape the everyday rush, this boutique hotel is ideal. They've done a fantastic job of blending that traditional colonial charm with all the modern comforts you could wish for, especially after their full renovation in 2024. You can expect a lovely blend of old-world character and contemporary convenience.

You'll find free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, which is always a plus. The reception team is particularly noteworthy; they're genuinely charming and committed to providing attentive, personalised service to make sure your stay is just right. It’s this kind of thoughtful service that really makes a difference.
