Kettenbrücke Aarau

Welcome to the Kettenbrücke Aarau, a beautifully renovated 4-star hotel nestled in the heart of Aarau's charming old town. Since opening our doors in March 2016, we've been dedicated to offering a stylish and comfortable stay right by the historic city wall, the picturesque river Aare, and the iconic 'Kettenbrücke' bridge.

Our hotel boasts 24 modern and spacious bedrooms, alongside 3 elegant suites, all designed with a warm colour palette and featuring polished wooden floors. You'll find every room thoughtfully equipped with a flat-screen television, high-speed wireless internet, a luxurious rain shower or bath, and a Nespresso machine for your convenience.

Beyond your room, unwind in our chic bar and lounge, or savour delicious international and regional dishes in our restaurant. We also offer private meeting and event spaces, as well as a stunning roof terrace with delightful views of the river Aare – perfect for relaxing or catching up with colleagues.

Discover Aarau's rich history and vibrant culture, all within easy reach of our central location. Book your stay directly with us and benefit from our Best Price Match guarantee, often offering more competitive rates than major booking sites like Booking.com, Expedia, and LateRooms. We look forward to welcoming you!
